Soil Suppressiveness Bioassay Development and Validation
Interns will design and standardize bioassay protocols to evaluate soil suppressiveness against root rot pathogens using controlled greenhouse experiments. They will test different soil amendments, microbial inoculants, and organic materials to identify biological and chemical factors contributing to disease suppression.
