Rhizosphere Microbial Community Profiling
Interns will conduct molecular analysis of soil microbial communities in rhizosphere regions affected by root rot pathogens using 16S rRNA sequencing and metagenomic approaches. They will identify key microbial taxa, analyze community structure changes, and correlate findings with disease severity and soil suppressiveness.
