Linkage Disequilibrium and Population Structure Analysis
Interns will analyze linkage disequilibrium patterns and population genetic structure using whole genome sequencing or SNP array data. This work includes creating LD decay plots, identifying marker blocks, and assessing how population stratification affects genomic selection accuracy.
