Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) Bioanalytical Method Development
Interns will develop and validate LC-MS/MS methods for quantitative analysis of drugs and metabolites in biological matrices such as plasma, urine, and tissue samples. Work includes sample preparation optimization, selectivity and sensitivity improvement, and compliance with bioanalytical method validation guidelines.
