Ion Exchange Chromatography for Whey Protein Fractionation
Interns will develop and validate ion exchange chromatography protocols to separate different whey protein fractions (alpha-lactalbumin, beta-lactoglobulin, immunoglobulins) based on their charge properties. They will optimize buffer systems, pH gradients, and flow rates to achieve high-purity protein isolation.
