Bioinformatics Pipeline Development for Dairy Genomics
Interns will design and implement bioinformatics workflows for processing and analyzing whole-genome sequencing data from dairy cattle populations. They will work with tools for sequence alignment, variant calling, annotation, and integration of genomic data with milk composition phenotypes.
